how do i place an order?
To place an order please submit a Custom Cake Request form. This can be found at the bottom of the Home page, or at the Contact Me section.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure the date of your request. If your event is in under 2 weeks or your order total is less than $75, payment would be due in full at time of request.
If making a deposit, remaining balance would be due 3 days prior to event date.
How do i make a payment?
Once date availability and pricing has been confirmed you may make a payment via the website using the PayPal button.
You are able to use this method without a PayPal account. Simply select the pay with credit/debit card option located under the login boxes.
You will have the option to input your deposit or balance amount.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is available at a negotiable rate dependent upon zip code and availability. Please mention your interest in delivery as well as your zip code of delivery to have this cost included in your quote.
How do i drive with my cake?
The safest place for you cake to travel is on a flat surface. For most cars, this is the passenger seat floor board. Having this space cleared with the passenger seat back makes for worry free transit.
If you have a passenger with you, the cake will happily travel in their lap.

When driving please be mindful of your speed while turning and when accelerating along with how hard you brake.
what if i need to cancel my order?
Orders that need to be canceled with more than 2 weeks notice will be refunded at 100%.
For orders with 2-1 weeks notice, a 80% refund will be given.
For orders canceled with less than 1 week notice a 50% refund will be given.

Due to our inventory of available flavors solely being based on custom requests Tastings are available by purchase only.
A $10 tasting box is available with 3 flavor options of your choice to sample.

what does fondant taste like?
Fondant is a form of icing that is very smooth and looks flawless on cakes, many designs that go onto cakes are made from fondant. To me, it tastes like a chewier, less sweet version of a marshmallow. Some people hate it while others love it. If you're worried your guests won't like the taste but you love the look, it is very easy to peel off and eat around!
